I have always been interested in family law and am fortunate to have started my legal career as a summer law clerk with Joni Berner and Margaret Klaw many years ago. I am particularly passionate about children, family and civility and enjoy helping clients resolve legal issues as quickly and amicably as possible. I am licensed in both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and am here to help you with your family law matter. In my spare time, I sit on the Washington Township, NJ School Board and am the proud mother of a son and daughter.

Attorney Thalia Radey is an experienced attorney practicing law in Idaho. She earned her J.D. at Concordia University of Law in Boise, Idaho. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts with concentrations in Social Change and Development with a Law and Justice Emphasis; Political Science; and History from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.  Thalia and her husband, TJ, moved to Boise in 2013.  Thalia is an avid sports fan and loves the Green Bay Packers and BSU Broncos.

In 2008, I left my family firm to pursue my own direction.  Ultimately, leaving the nest allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.  My practice focuses on family law, estate planning, probate, and criminal law.. My focus when representing clients is on the whole person.  Sure, I want my client to "win", but I want them to know what "winning" means to them before we push through  litigation.  The case is not about me, but about them, and what will make them happy in the long run.  My client and I will discuss their legal future, the potential outcomes, and decide together what is the best course of action.  I will tell them the truth, which is sometimes very hard for my clients to hear, but necessary if the client wants to limit legal expenses.

My practice is devoted to divorce and family law matters.  I have litigated all types of domestic relations matters.  I'm a Louisville native and graduate of duPont Manual High School.. After graduating from Bellarmine University, where I majored in psychology, I attended Valparaiso University School of Law in northern Indiana. I now practice regularly in Kentucky and Indiana.. Kristy Mara (formerly Kristy Rodd) has been practicing family law for 20 years.  She creates customized solutions for her clients.  Kristy openly communicates with clients throughout the case so the end result is the best possible outcome.. My passion to help people less fortunate than myself initially led me to law school.  Upon graduating from Penn, I went to work for the Legal Aid Society in Brooklyn, New York in the Criminal Defense Division.  I worked there for a number of years, until my husband's job required us to move.  I continued to work as a public defender for many years, in many states, and helped an innumerable number of clients with their criminal and family law cases.  Ultimately, when i had my second child, I left public interest law, and went into private practice.  I have been in private practice since 2002, and i continue to take on pro bono cases so that i can help those less fortunate.. When i am not practicing law, you can find me volunteering in my children's elementary, middle and high school, on the tennis court, or out running the streets of Newton and Boston.
