Page Banks is a native of Huntsvile, Alabama. She attended the University of North Alabama, obtaining a B.S. in Marketing in 1999. She obtained her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 2003.  During her time at Cumberland, she clerked for Judge R.A. "Sonny" Ferguson, 10th Judicial Circuit Court, Jefferson County, Domestic Relations Division.  Following her graduation from Cumberland School of Law, Ms. Banks returned to Huntsville, Alabama.  Ms. Banks is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama State Bar Family Law Section, and the Huntsville Madison County Bar Association where she has served as an officer and commitee chairperson.. Ms. Banks serves on various community organizations as well.  She serves as a Board Member for United Cerebral Palsy. She is also involved with the Junior League of Huntsville, having served on various committees.

Brian A. Ramey was born and raised in Kingsport, Sullivan County, Tennessee. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the spring of 1996 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemistry. Later, he attended the Florida State University where in the fall of 1998 he obtained a Master’s of Science degree in Biochemistry. From 1999-2000 he was a doctoral student in Biochemistry at the University of Miami, Florida. During this time he discovered that his true passion and goal in life did not lie in the physical sciences, and he made the decision to attend the Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated in May of 2003..
