ERIN O’DEA graduated from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in Memphis, Tennessee in 2011. Prior to her legal education, Ms. O’Dea graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 2005. She received the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award in 2010 and 2011 for her involvement with the Student Bar Association’s Race Judicata. She was elected Student Bar Governor during her second year of law school, and began to serve as co-chair for the Race Committee. Ms. O’Dea was then chosen by the faculty to serve on the Leadership Council, which was created to develop an honor code for the law school. She began clerking at Rice, Amundsen & Caperton, PLLC in April 2010. Ms. O’Dea was hired on as an associate after she graduated and has continued to grow and flourish as a young associate in the field of family law. Prior to her legal education, Mrs. Knox graduated from Centre College in 2012.. While attending law school, Chelsea served as the Research Assistant to Professor Lynda Black and assisted Professor Black in researching, drafting, and editing her co-authored Tennessee Family Law Casebook. She excelled in Civil Procedure II and Elder Law, earning CALI Awards for academic success. Ms. Knox was also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.. In 2018 Ms. Knox was named one of Memphis Magazine’s Women to Watch. In 2021 Chelsea was named Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Jennifer Leigh Bellott is a
2008 graduate of the Cecil C. Humphrey School of
Law. Ms. Bellott grew up in Memphis and attended
high school at St. Mary's Episcopal School. She received
her B.A. in 2005 from McGill University in Montreal,
Quebec Canada.. During law school, Ms. Bellott
was named the National Best Advocate in the 2008 ABA National Appellate
Advocacy Competition, the award given to the best oral advocate in the
national competition. She also served as the Associate Justice for the
2007 Advanced Moot Court Competition and as an Associate Editor for the

Faith is a Nashville native and graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 2012. In 2016, she graduated from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in Memphis, Tennessee. While in law school Faith was involved in various activities, including Vice President of the Black Law Students Association, the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Team, and The University of Memphis Law Review. Ms. Sanford also was selected as a Pupil in the Leo Bearman Sr. American Inns of Court and received the Ratner and Sugarmon Scholarship.. Faith began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Chancellor JoeDae Jenkins in Chancery Court Part III in 2016. While clerking she started her own Family law blog and volunteered with the Memphis Area Legal Services. In 2018, Ms. Sanford was hired as a law clerk for the Honorable William Campbell in the United States District Court of Middle Tennessee. Faith started as an associate attorney for Rice, Amundsen, & Caperton in November of 2018 and hopes to flourish in the field of family law.

During his career Jason has handled divorces for celebrities, music entertainers, professional athletes, executives and other high-profile clients. I grew up in Nashville, attending Eakin Elementary, Caldwell Middle, and Hillsboro High Schools. In my life, I have been a stepchild and a stepfather; I endured a divorce, and have children of my own. While at Hillsboro I received the Ed Hessey award (ask me). After spending five great years in college during the Payton Manning years, I graduated from U.T. (Knoxville) in 1997, and went to work in Nashville and Charleston, South Carolina for the trucking division of the world’s largest international shipping and logistics company. After three years in the real world, I went back to school, and received my law degree in 2003 from the University of South Carolina. While there I clerked for a local law firm and worked on the student staff of the ABA Real Property, Probate, and Trust Journal. I was on the Dean's List and found time to enjoy USC.. After graduation, I spent time working in a law firm and as an Assistant Public Defender before settling into my private, solo, practice in 2007. My focus is family and domestic law. I am currently admitted to practice in South Carolina (inactive status) and Tennessee.
