Rich began his career in law with the Northrop Grumman Corporation where he gained hands-on experience with multi-billion dollar contracts and contract negotiation. After leaving Northrop, he completed an internship at Maxey Law Office in Spokane, Washington, focusing on litigation in family, criminal, and personal injury law.. Rich received his Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Gonzaga University School of Law where he was awarded the Excellence in Business Anti-Trust CALI award and graduated with the honor of Cum Laude. Additionally, Rich was a long-time multi-state licensed loan originator and has over two decades of experience in real estate finance and lending.

I realized the importance of estate planning when my dad died when I was 19. Through the years I have seen the benefits of great planning, and the nightmare of poor planning. I am passionate about being an advocate —and a voice — for my clients and their families during a time of crisis.. I grew up in a small town and I have always loved being part of a community. My mother always told me to "Give a Good Day" and I enjoy doing that here in the southeast valley. I serve as Becky President of the Small Business Alliance, am on the Mercy Gilbert Hospital Patient Advisory Council, and I am the WealthCounsel Arizona Forum Facilitator where I am responsible for the mentoring and continuing education of 150+ estate planning attorneys in Arizona. My law firm also supports veterans through Operation Welcome Home, AZ Wall Project, and the Honor Flight program. We also sponsor the 2015-2016 Higley Center for the Performing Arts season and display works of our from the Gilbert Visual Art League in our office.. I have been married to my better half, Rick, for more than 20 years and have lived in California, Ohio, and Arizona and have called Gilbert "home" since 2004. I love riding bikes with my 6-year old son, William. I also enjoy traveling (especially to any beach or federal park), rooting for Cleveland sports teams that sadly never win, and I am a bit obsessed with action movies (which makes the office appropriately located in suite #007!)

As a young attorney, I built my own practice in the commercial and real estate litigation groups of a mid-sized firm in the Phoenix East Valley. After just 4 years, I was managing the firm’s booming foreclosure department. My experience includes trials in the Arizona Superior Court and US District Courts, appeals in the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court and motion practice in the US Supreme Court.. I have also developed a strong resume in advising national and international companies by improving client relations, built business into new markets and maintaining legal compliance. I have served as global sales manager and general counsel for an international manufacturing firm; vice president of legal affairs for a national construction lien company; and business development director for a premier litigation finance firm.. Outside of the office, I am an outdoorist at heart. I love Arizona’s natural wonders. Whether I am backpacking, canyoneering, kayaking or running – I just can’t get enough of it. As time and opportunity allow, I have a goal to backpack the entire 770 mile Arizona Trail in segments. I want to experience what Arizona has to offer from the Mexican border to the Utah state line.

Joshua Love is an effective estate planning and probate attorney, knowledgeable in various matters such as conservatorships, guardianships, estate administration, trusts and probate, among many others. Heath was born in southern Arizona. He lived on various ranches and farms in small towns in Arizona where he learned the importance of challenging work, perseverance, and pride in workmanship. At the beginning of his teenage years, he and his family moved to the Phoenix Metro Area. Upon graduation from high school, he served a religious mission in Santiago, Chile for two (2) years wherein he learned Spanish and a love for the South American people.. After successfully completing his religious mission, Heath attended Mesa Community College and graduated with his Associates of Arts degree. He attended the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and earn a degree in Accountancy. During his undergraduate studies he worked as an Assistant Controller with Sears Financial Services where he maintained, managed, and analyzed financial statements, payroll, budgets, tax compliance issues, and special projects. He graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Accountancy. Upon graduation, he began working for Accenture with American Express. His skills include software testing, troubleshooting issues, developing innovative solutions to drive growth, conducting training sessions for the client, reporting to the client, and resolving client issues. He attended the Sandra Day O'Connor College and graduated from with a Juris Doctorate Degree. During law school, he worked on various cases and financial issues for attorneys in real estate, business law, business valuations, contract review, probate litigation, estate planning, tax law, and family law.. In 2018 I moved to Arizona and am licensed here as well as in Washington state. The main focus of my current practice is estate planning in the southern Arizona region, with some family law cases as well. I was in practice in Kitsap County, Washington for 26 years. I started working in the law as a Deputy Prosecutor for the county and then later for several years as a special prosecutor for two local municipalities. I am still available to handle some Washington cases in estate planning. I am also trained as a mediator and have mediated numerous disputes. In addition to my law practice I am a musician and I play jazz in local clubs.
