Julie joined Inman Flynn in October of 2012, while assisting with opening the Nebraska office for the firm.  Julie’s experience and expertise in her transactional law practice focuses on estate and business planning and probate.  As Julie’s clients include individuals who are business owners, she has experience in the areas of employment law, real estate transactions, and state and federal tax matters.. Julie graduate with a B.S. in Global Studies and Business from Nebraska Wesleyan University during which time she also studied and lived in Japan.  Following graduation from Wesleyan, she managed corporate operations, including human resources and benefit administration for an international company in Lincoln.   Julie then attended law school at the University of Nebraska College of Law, pursuing a business transaction track of study.   Upon graduation from law school, Julie served as legal counsel of the premiere livestock association in the state of Nebraska.  Later, Julie was recruited to use her entrepreneurial skills along with her legal and business experience to develop and lead a state level association for the promotion and growth of the biosciences in Nebraska.  During this time, Julie also taught business law as an adjunct professor at Nebraska Wesleyan University.  After five years of practicing law for membership organizations, Julie returned to the classroom, specifically to the University of Denver, Graduate Tax Program, where she earned a Masters of Law in Taxation (LLM-Tax).   Julie then joined the commercial practice group of Baylor Evnen Curtiss Grimit and Witt, LLP in Lincoln, Nebraska where she practiced transactional law in private practice, focusing on estate and business planning throughout the state including farmers and ranchers.   Julie will continue her transactional practice with Inman Flynn.. Julie and her husband have two sons.

Jennifer Dannehl concentrates her practice on estate and trust planning and administration, business succession planning, real estate, and agricultural law.. Growing up on a family farm southwest of Bertrand, Nebraska, Jennifer’s passion for agriculture started at an early age.  After majoring in agricultural economics at the University of Nebraska, she attended the University of Nebraska College of Law, focusing on agricultural and environmental law, water law, estate planning, and tax law. She earned the highest grade in the class in several classes: environmental law and water resources seminar, agricultural environmental law, and farm and ranch tax.. While in law school, Jennifer was Executive Editor of the Nebraska Law Review and published an article in the Law Review regarding the local regulation of a Nebraska dairy. Jennifer also presented at the 2015 Nebraska Water Law Conference.. Bar Admissions: Nebraska; U.S. District Court of Nebraska. I grew up in Lincoln but moved to Philadelphia to attend college and stayed in the New York area after graduation, working as a corporate accountant for large multi-national organizations. My love of the great outdoors later drew me to Colorado, where I continued to work as an accountant for small businesses and non-profits. After nearly two decades as an accountant, I moved back to Lincoln to attend law school and reinvest in my home town. My extensive accounting and business background provides a strong foundation for my practice areas of estate planning, real estate transactions, tax, business formations and contracts.. I am an avid cyclist, hiker, skier and traveler. I has visited 5 continents and 30 countries.
