Nick travels regionally and focuses his law practice in estate planning, probate law, real estate law, land use law, business succession, real estate law, agricultural law and business/corporate law.  Nick represents a variety of clients, including individuals, title companies, banks, cities, counties, employers, businesses and farming families.  Nick is intricately involved in drafting complex estate plans and business succession plans, including the formation of family trusts and limited liability companies, corporationsand partnerships, in addition to drafting insurance trusts.. Nick grew up in Alexandria, Minnesota and enjoys practicing law in the lakes area.  He graduated with honors from St. Cloud State University with an undergraduate degree in Political Science.  Nick earned his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul and is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Minnesota and North Dakota.. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan School of Law) in 2003 and was a member of the international law fraternity Delta Theta Phi.
