He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, Federal District Courts of the Third Circuit. Mr. Kushner is a member and former president of the Camden County Bar Association and President of the Camden County Bar Foundation. Mr. Kushner has also been named Camden County’s “Professional Lawyer of the Year 2007” by the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law.. His participation in Bar and charitable activities also includes serving as a member of the Supreme Court District IV Ethics Committee as a former Chair and two terms on the Supreme Court District IV Fee Arbitration Committee as both a member and Chair of that committee and is an appointed Special Master to hear ethics grievances against New Jersey attorneys..
