I grew up in Columbiana County, Ohio and graduated from United High School.  Later I had the opportunity to study and work on the East Coast, where I practiced law for 10 years before returning home in 2012.  Now I practice at Fitch Kendall in Salem, Ohio, primarily in the areas of estate planning, litigation, and oil and gas law.  I have also maintained my New York law license and a law partnership at Bosworth, Gray & Fuller in Westchester County, New York.  It is a privilege to serve our clients and help them navigate the often-bewildering landscape of the law.. I am active at Believers Church in Boardman, Ohio.  In my spare time, I enjoy reading, exercising, traveling, and relaxing.

Barbara H. Cane is a graduate of Harvard College, magna cum laude, and a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School. She holds a master degree in African history from Columbia University. Following a judicial clerkship in the Massachusetts Appeals Court, she was an associate at Brown, Rudnick, Freed and Gesmer in Boston. Before starting her own practice in 1991, she worked as in-house counsel for several corporations and served as Vice President of Legal and Environmental Affairs for an international manufacturing company.
