Jared’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, real estate, business formation, business contracts, buying and selling of businesses, and other general business matters. His background is diverse, having argued motions in nearly every county in Western Washington on issues including landlord/tenant, guardianship and even family law matters. Jared enjoys building meaningful relationships with his clients and employing a collaborative approach, when possible, to find solutions to issues before they become problems that necessitate litigation.

Raised in the Tri-Cities, Benjamin graduated from Hanford High School in 2003. Following two-years of service in the Donetsk, Ukraine Mission, he completed his undergraduate degree at New Mexico State University. While attending Gonzaga University School of Law, Gravis Law assisted Ben in starting a small family business with his brother and grandfather. Following Gonzaga, he then completed a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M) at the University of Washington School of Law. Ben has experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, tax law, estate planning, and criminal law. He is happy to be settled in the Columbia Basin and enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and daughters, anything outdoors, and all things baseball. He finds satisfaction in simplifying the complex and elevating each client’s understanding of the law.

Personally, I am married and have two college aged children I raised here in the Tri-Cities.. I support Habitat for Humanity and Legal Aid because both organizations help individuals and families take steps to create a better future.
