I am licensed to practice in Ohio. I graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, CA.. I do not handle any litigation or appellate matters. My practice is limited to transactional work--providing services that do not require court appearances.

Jim Sullivan graduated from Boston College and Villanova University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Rhode Island in 1988 and Massachusetts in 1989. Prior to forming a partnership with his father, Leo J. Sullivan, Jim was an associate at the law firm of Tillinghast, Collins & Graham in Providence and a law clerk for the Rhode Island Supreme Court law clerk pool.. Jim's law practice is focused in the areas of estate planning and administration and elder law , real estate (closings, purchase and sales, financing, conveyance and land use), and business law.. Jim is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA). This certification, issued by the National Elder Law Foundation, requires that the attorney pass an examination and demonstrate specialized knowledge in the area of elder law. Jim is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).. He is a member of the Rhode Island and Washington County Bar Associations, and the Rhode Island Bar Association's Title Standards Committee, Probate and Trust Committee and Elder Law Committee. He participates in the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island and the South County Hospital Professional Advisory Group.

Richard DeNapoli is a native of Hollywood, FL, and a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law (2008, LL.M., Estate Planning), Fordham Law School (2002, J.D.) and New York University (1999, B.A., Politics; B.A. Italian).  He is licensed to practice law in Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He has worked as a Trust Officer in a private bank and holds the Certified Financial Planner® designation.  Richard also has Florida Realtor and Mortgage Broker licenses and is a notary.. Richard appeared on ABC News (2000) discussing the presidential recount, was featured in the cover story of the July 2005 issue of Florida Trend Magazine and on ABC Nightly News in February 2007 discussing the Florida real estate market.  More recently, Richard has been featured in numerous articles regarding politics in Florida.. Richard was appointed as a Commissioner to the Florida Real Estate Commission in 2007.  He was unanimously elected to serve as the Chairman of the Florida Real Estate Commission from 2010-2011. He continues to serve on the Commission today.
