My name is Grayson Moulton, and I'd like to be your lawyer.. I am the Managing Attorney for Moulton Law, a firm dedicated to providing compassionate, competent, and cost-effective representation in family law matters.. I have lived in Las Vegas, NV since August 2014 when I left Southern Utah and came here to attend law school. My family and I liked it so much, we decided to stay. I am originally a Utah kid, having grown up in Provo and having spent nearly 5 years in Cedar City. I attended college at Southern Utah University where I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre. I've had the good fortune to perform for the Utah Shakespeare Festival and the Neil Simon Festival as well. I graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2017 and became licensed to practice in October of 2017.. I am a fan of sports in general, with the Utah Jazz of the NBA taking center stage in my fandom. I also root for BYU and SUU in college athletics, the San Francisco 49ers in the NFL, the Los Angeles Dodgers in MLB, and am a new fan of the Vegas Golden Knights in the NHL (I'm learning hockey on the fly as we go!). I don't get much time to perform these days, but I have been lucky enough to sing the National Anthem for a variety of events including four Utah Jazz basketball games, a Vegas Golden Knights hockey game, and the graduation ceremonies for UNLV law school at my graduation. In my few moments of free time, I enjoy playing basketball/baseball, singing, playing piano and guitar, and spending time with my three adorable kids and my lovely wife.. I am passionate about the work I do. My time in theatre has taught me how to be an effective advocate for my clients. Combined with the knowledge I gained by taking over a family law practice six months out of law school, I am someone you can rely on to zealously advocate your case.

Holly Fic was born and raised in New Jersey and came out west to attend UNLV just in time to celebrate the Rebels basketball national championship win in 1990. She loved UNLV and Las Vegas and was happy to be able to stay and attend the Charter Class at the UNLV Boyd School of Law where she graduated in the top third of her class. During her last year in law school, Holly was admitted as a student attorney to assist with and appear in Family Court for Children’s Attorney Project Cases for which she developed a love for assisting families in family law matters. Holly participated in the Child Welfare Clinic as a student, has presented to the Family Court Community Legal Education classes, represented children in the Children’s Attorney Project Cases and has participated in the Clark County Family Court “Ask-A-Lawyer” program. Over the years, Holly has taken many Family Law pro bono cases, most especially with respect to guardianship and family law cases. Holly works in conjunction with Legal Aid to represent many Protected Persons to have a voice in their guardianship proceedings and has helped many guardians along the way. Further, Holly has served as a Pro Tem Hearing Master, for minor guardianships and mental court, as well as for Family Court Discovery and Domestic Violence. I am an associate of Hutchison & Steffen's litigation department, practicing primarily in insurance litigation, commercial litigation, and family law. Administrative law is another area in which I practice as part of the Firm’s Healthcare Professionals Advocacy Group.. Originally from Maine, I graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. Prior to attending law school, I worked for a regional, commercial insurance underwriter. In 2005, I received my Juris Doctorate degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, graduating magna cum laude.. During law school, I published my note, Sustainable Aquaculture: An Organizing Solution in International Law, in the spring 2004 edition of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and the following year, became Editor-in-Chief of the publication. I served as a judicial-extern to the Honorable Roger T. Benitez of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. I also served as a volunteer in the Las Vegas Juvenile Public Defender’s office, sat on the executive committee of the Environmental Law Society, and received the National Association of Women Lawyers Recognition Award.. After law school, I was law clerk to a sole practitioner handling indigent criminal appeals in California. I joined Hutchison & Steffen Attorneys in summer 2006.. Since joining the Firm, I have worked closely with Hutchison & Steffen partner, L. Kristopher Rath, defending Nevada professionals against complaints lodged with the various state licensing Boards and guiding them through the licensing process. At Arizona, he spent significant amounts of time modeling various financial markets, including a labor economics analysis of NBA salaries based on a variety of statistics, long before NBA teams started heavily using analytical data.
