Daniel W. Anderson is an experienced and well-respected member of the Las Vegas legal community. Daniel began his practice in the area of family law with the firm of Mills & Mills in 2006. Laura is a second generation Las Vegas attorney. After graduating from Bonanza High School, Laura attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts in History. She attended law school at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. After her second year of law school, Laura completed a summer judicial externship with the Honorable Stephen Huffaker of the Eighth Judicial District Court; and then upon graduation from law school, she became his final law clerk before his retirement. She then clerked for the Honorable Jennifer Togliatti upon the Governor appointing her as Judge Huffaker’s replacement.. Laura then worked as an associate for various private firms focusing on the areas of civil litigation, probate, bankruptcy, estate planning, business formation, and family law.. Laura is licensed to practice in both the State and Federal Courts of Nevada and Idaho and is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Idaho State Bar. I grew up in the Las Vegas valley, where I attended public school and was raised in a blue collar family with parents who worked in the construction industry.  After high school, I attended BYU, and later graduated from UNLV with a degree in Business Administration.  After graduating from UNLV, I went to law school at the University of Denver, College of Law.  I have been married to a wonderful woman for 31 years.  We have four amazing children; three of whom have college degrees and one is getting ready to graduate and attend college.  We also have three dogsand a cat.  As a family, we are actively involved in our Church.  Throughout the years, I have coached youth soccer and football, and have been actively involved in Scouting with the Boy Scouts of America.. Being a good attorney is about personal experience.  I am in my 25th year of practicing law in the State of Nevada.  During that time, I have represented people in the Municipal Court, Justice Court, District Court, Family Court and the Nevada Supreme Court from all different backgrounds, races and ethnicities in the judicial system.  Moreover, I have judicial experience as I have served as an ARBITRATOR for the Eighth Judicial District Court for approximately 14 years, and have served as an ALTERNATE CHILD SUPPORT HEARING MASTER, and a SMALL CLAIMS COURT REFEREE.

Robert Hill was born and raised in Roswell New Mexico. He attended New Mexico State University in Las Cruces New Mexico where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree. While working on his MBA, Robert was accepted to law school in San Diego California. While in Law School, Robert met his current wife and partner, Shauna Hill.. Upon graduating from Law School, Robert returned to New Mexico where he began his legal career as a prosecutor in Socorro New Mexico. As a prosecutor, Robert prosecuted all types of cases ranging from domestic violence to murder and everything in between. While in Socorro, Robert conducted approximately 20 jury trials, more than 50 bench trials and numerous hearings.. After prosecuting for 2 years, Robert and his wife moved to Las Cruces New Mexico where he opened his own office. A majority of his practice was focused on criminal defense while handling various civil cases. After building his practice for a few years, Shauna joined up and they again were working together handling everything from criminal defense to family law.. In 2006, they made the decision to move to Las Vegas Nevada.
