Lindsay graduated from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a minor focus in Business Administration. After graduation, Lindsay attended law school at the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. During law school, Lindsay clerked at the Alabama Attorney General's Office in the Opinions Division. After graduating law school, Lindsay began representing clients across the state of Alabama as an attorney with the Law Offices of Vickers & White, PLLC in Montgomery, Alabama. In 2008, I graduated magna cum laude and order of the curia from Capital University Law School, in Columbus, Ohio.. Along with receiving my law degree, I received a certification in Children and Family Law. During law school, I received the Cali Book Award for Academic Excellence in Secured Transactions and worked as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistance for first year law students.  I also volunteered at the National Center for Adoption Law and Policy and worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Peggy Walker in Douglasville, Georgia. While in Georgia, I assisted Judge Walker in creating a nationally presented project called Putting the Pieces Together: Promoting Resiliency in Children from Birth to Three. This presentation educated professionals on the best practices and procedures to meet the unique needs of the youngest children in foster care, by promoting safety, permanency and resiliency.. I completed an intensive interdisciplinary collaborative practice training sponsored by the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois in November of 2009.  I have also taken several Level II Collaborative trainings.   As a Collaborative Professional, I am trained to assist parties in settling family conflicts without going to Court.

Benjamin S. Kuipers is a first generation American originally raised in rural Minnesota, and is an Arizona trial attorney focusing on litigation. Mr. Kuipers studied in college under a number of fine professors and contributed to articles published by fellows at the Hoover Institution, and in the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Kuipers graduated college magna cum laude in three years, and proceeded to move to New York City, where he was employed at the country’s oldest economics think-tank, the Foundation for Economic Education.. Following a brief hiatus running a political campaign, Mr. Kuipers attended and graduated law school at Arizona State University. In his undergrad and law school career, Mr. Kuipers was able to study under two U.S. Supreme Court Justices, two state Supreme Court justices (one in Michigan and one in Arizona), and worked as a research fellow in economic history studying the long term impact on federal fiscal policy of the First World War. I am a former Pima County Public Defender who has represented clients charged with some of the most serious offenses, I am thrilled to practice family law and to have the privilege of assisting and guiding my clients through a difficult time in their lives. While at school, I participated as a Rule 38(d)-certified limited-practice student for the Child & Family Law Clinic, through which I acted as an attorney or guardian ad litem for children in juvenile-dependency cases. In addition, I also helped to run a biannual name-change clinic for transgender and gender nonconforming clients and worked as a summer intern at the Pima County Public Defender's Office..
