Ursula Honigman is an attorney at the Harris Law Firm. Before attending law school, Ms. Honigman worked in the Office of the Denver District Attorney’s Juvenile Diversion program, which focuses on the reduction of juvenile crime and recidivism, while providing valuable mental health and life skills services to non-violent offenders, ages 10-17. She then received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While at Loyola University, Ms. Honigman was a student practitioner at the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office. She also interned with the Rocky Mountain Victims Law Center advocating for victims of domestic violence and other crimes. Upon returning to Colorado, Ms. Honigman interned for The Hon. Richard Caschette, assisting in domestic, civil, and criminal matters. Ms. Honigman has practiced in the field of civil litigation, specifically first and third-party insurance defense, as well as special education law.

Jonathan has practiced law in Richmond Virginia for 45 years.  He represents Clients in auto crashes and crashed marriages.  He is experienced in Collaborative Law, a kinder and gentler way of getting a divorce.  Jonathan can keep an amicable case, amicable, but he can also try a case in Court if that is what is needed.

I am a Palmerton native. Following my graduation from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in International Politics, I went on to Lehigh Carbon Community College and received a certificate in paralegal studies. I continued my legal studies at Widener University Commonwealth Law School and graduated in May 2022.  After law school, I returned to Carbon County and clerked for Monroe County Court of Common Pleas Judge C. Daniel Higgins, Jr. It was during my clerkship I  discovered a passion for family law, which is where I now focus my practice at ARM.  When I'm not in the office I enjoy spending time with family and my two dogs!

Lauren E. Beal was born and raised in Quakertown, PA. Lauren graduated from Marist University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice. She then attended Albany Law School where she graduated with honors in May 2024. During law school, Lauren was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Family Law Society. She also participated in the Family Violence Litigation Clinic. After law school, Lauren clerked for Carbon County Court of Common Pleas Judge Joseph J. Matika.
