Todd received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Fort Worth. He served as a staff member and Associate Editor for the Texas Wesleyan Law Review. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Tarrant County Bar Association. He is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has written several articles published by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Texas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Todd is an avid collector of antiques and has used his keen eye to decorate our law firm museum-style with many novelties. He can be praised for rescuing pugs and dauschands, with the latest being Sophie.

Shawn began his professional career by serving for six years in the United States Marine Corps, which included two overseas deployments. While serving in the Marine Corps, Shawn trained in the field of aviation and later received a B.S. degree in Aeronautics. Shawn next went to work for American Airlines while he pursued his goal of becoming an attorney.  Shawn Graduated from the Texas A&M School of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree.. Shawn has been married for over 20 years to his loving wife Voula. Shawn has two children and  one German Shephard.
