Mike earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law in 2013 and is a 2002 graduate from Carroll College with degrees in Political Science and Public Administration. He served the Hon. Robert G. Olson as a law clerk in Glacier, Toole, Pondera, and Teton counties of Montana from 2013 – 2014. In August 2014, he returned home to Missoula where he joined St. Peter Law Offices, P.C. as an associate attorney.Mike’s practice includes all facets of litigation, including contract disputes, estate proceedings, and construction suits. Prior to working for St. Peter Law Offices, Mike oversaw the Business Services Division in the Montana Secretary of State’s Office and has expertise in small business legal issues, including corporate, limited liability company, and business entity formation, UCC filings, and business regulation. He is admitted to practice before the Montana Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the State of Montana, and the Blackfeet Tribal Court.Mike and his wife Jolyne have two young children – Creighton and Johanna – who keep their hands full at home. They enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time with extended family.
