I started my career as a trial lawyer and have worked solely in the area of estate planning and administration since 2006. She then left A&P to intern with various federal agencies: Mrs. Carnill investigated potential mergers and acquisitions at the Department of Justice Antitrust Division and worked on telecommunications policy at the Federal Communications Commission in both the Wireless Bureau and the Office of (former) Chairman Ajit Pai.. Mrs. Carnill, a Winchester native, graduated summa cum laude from Hollins University with a dual degree in History and English Literature.

I am a native of Mobile, Alabama and gradute of Spring Hill College.  I earned my law degree from the University of Alabama in 1987 and have continually practiced law since then in the Mobile and Baldwin County area.  I have been a partner with the law firm of McFadden, Lyon & Rouse, LLC for the past 15 years.  Over the past 28 years I have assisted hundreds of clients with a variety of legal issues ranging from business and real estate disputes to resolving personal injury and disability claims.
