Robert graduated from Brigham Young University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (International Law and Diplomacy). In 2004, Robert graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska with his Doctor of Jurisprudence.. In addition to providing creative solutions to complex estate and trust administration issues, Robert also regularly speaks and writes on topics of post mortem planning, estate administration, and elder law issues.. In 2008, Desiree Sanchez formed Sanchez Law Group to service the Central Florida community. While she has practiced various areas of law, Ms. Sanchez mainly concentrates her practice on probate, guardianship and estate planning.. Desiree's upbringing in both New York and Florida has provided her with a wealth of influences that has shaped her worldview and assist her with clients today. After receiving an undergraduate degree from Hunter College, City University of New York, Mrs. Sanchez worked as an educator in the New York City Public School System for several years. She credits this and the students she taught with inspiring her to enter the field of law. She employs that inspiration while passionately representing clients in the courtroom. Shannon N. Wiezorek has been a prominent criminal litigator in Southern California prior to partnering with her sister and opening Wiezorek & Geye. After graduating from Loyola Law School in 2004, she immediately joined the Long Beach City Prosecutor’s Office, where she had already worked as a law clerk for nearly two years. While working for the City of Long Beach, Ms. Wiezorek was awarded the Prosecutor of the Year. She also worked as the key prosecutor to the Domestic Violence Unit, and successfully tried over 20 cases before a jury. While at the City of Long Beach, Ms. Wiezorek conducted all phases of misdemeanor prosecution, from filings and arraignments to probation revocations and plea agreement negotiations.. In 2007, Ms. Wiezorek became a Deputy District Attorney for Los Angeles. During her time with the District Attorney’s Office, she worked in both trial courts and “drug courts.” She has paired with DUI enforcement officers and assisted in a Los Angeles County checkpoint, and she has been on numerous “ride-alongs.” She has worked with investigators, criminalists, and forensic toxicologists in preparing cases for the prosecution, and now she utilizes all of that knowledge in crafting defense strategies for her clients. After leaving prosecution behind, Ms. Wiezorek began practicing private criminal defense for a very busy mainly DUI defense firm. I graduated from Gonzaga Law School in the State of Washington and moved upon graduation to the State of Nevada and have practiced in the State of Nevada in both Federal and State Courts. I am also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to practice law.. I have a diverse background and have represented many contractors in business litigation, as well as construction defect law suits.  Additionally, I have practiced Bankruptcy Law in the State of Nevada since 1999 and Real Estate Law..
