Attorney Joel A. Cannon, Jr. received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in Texas and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxvile, Tennesse in 1998.  He associated with the Law office of Piper, Waters and Witt and began to hone his legal skills as a litigator. In most situations, our price structure to prepare Estate Planning Documents follows this schedule:. $ to prepare a basic Last Will and Testament.. $ to preapre a Tennessee Power of Attorney for Financial Decisions. $ to prepare an Appointment of Healthcare Agent (formerly known as a Living Will.. $ to prepare each Quit-Claim Deed. If we prepare a "mirror document" for your spouse at the same time, the fee for the spouse's document is 50% of the fee for the first document.  For example, one will is $ .  Wills for a husband and wife are $ .. Erin was born in Olympia, WA and attended The Evergreen State College for her undergraduate degree. She moved to Portland in 1998 and earned her MBA at Portland State University and her law degree at Lewis & Clark Law School.. Erin is primarily a probate and probate litigation attorney. She also helps client with estate planning, appeals, and legal malpractice. Additionally, she helps clients collect money awards of all kinds, including spousal and child support. Erin has a calm demeanor with clients and is able to counsel and help her clients work through difficult situations.. Erin has tried many cases in front of both judges and juries and has hundreds of court appearances under her belt. She enjoys being in court and is not afraid to take a case to trial if the opposing party refuses to provide her clients with a good result.. Erin worked at the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office in law school and picked up extensive experience in criminal law.
