Our practice is heavily concentrated in real estate matters with collateral services in bankruptcy, small-medium sized business matters, civil litigation, and appeals. With an education and professional background in computer information systems, accounting, business, and law I have devoted my time, energy, and resources in assisting clients (real estate brokers, agents, mortgage brokers,investors, homeowners) with their real estate needs. Our firm handles matters ranging from million dollar property disputes/litigation to owner-financing transactions. We recently won 2 appeals at the Texas 1st Court of Appeals for representing a homeowner against fraudulent robo-signing (banks rubber stamping foreclosure documents without authority) and for a wrongful foreclosure case involving a loan modification. We look forward to blazing new legal trails for Texas homeowners to protect themselves against unscrupulous bank practices. For business related matters, I am able to use my education in accounting (CPA license in the near future) and experience as a business owner to help clients with entity formation, taxation, dissolution and litigation matters.
