Clarence K. Lau is a member of Winter Capriola Zenner’s transactional practice group. Clarence’s practice includes general corporate, business, and real estate law, with a particular focus on representing community associations of condominium, townhome, single-family and mixed-use developments. He is dedicated to helping his clients navigate through and resolve complex legal issues. Clarence has been a frequent lecturer at education classes for homeowners, board of directors and property managers, and has written numerous articles related to the real estate and Community Association industries. Clarence is actively involved in the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and currently serves on the Programming committee.. Clarence was born in Hong Kong and raised in Houston, TX. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in Saint Louis and his law degree from Washington University in Saint Louis School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
