Clarence was born in Hong Kong and raised in Houston, TX. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in Saint Louis and his law degree from Washington University in Saint Louis School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
