As a third generation Las Vegan, my family has been involved in Las Vegas businesses, construction and development for more than 80 years.  I attended the public schools in Las Vegas, graduating from Valley High School at 16 years old in 1979, and then attended UNLV and UNR, graduating from UNR in 1983 at the age of 20 with a B.S. in Accounting with Information Systems Option.  I was the only undergraduate to ever teach at UNR by letter of Appointment from then UNR President Joe Crowley, and was a member of the Business Games Team for UNR that won the national competition.  I worked for several years in Southern California prior to returning to school in 1988 where I attended Southwestern University School of Law’s S.C.A.L.E. program and graduated in 1990.  I was a member of the school’s ABA Negotiation team, which won the regional competition and I also founded the Real Estate Association on campus.  I passed the Nevada State Bar in 1990 and began practicing law in 1991 after completing a one-year clerkship with Judge Joseph Bonaventure.. My law practice has focused on real estate, construction, contracts and real estate litigation, serving various construction companies (generals and subs), real estate companies, brokers and agents as well as lenders, developers and individual investors.  I have taught classes independantly as well as through the Great Las Vegas Association of Realtors.. For approximately fourteen years I worked in-house as a transactional attorney and/or officer of the businesses.  I served as Commercial Counsel for Triple Five Corporation for almost three years, Nevada Legal Counsel for Dyson & Dyson Real Estate Associates for seven years, Assistant General Counsel for NV Energy for a year and Executive Vice President of Peek Construction Company and Williams Brother, Inc. for almost three years.  Most recently, I have joined the law offices of Gibbs Giden Locher Turner Senet & Wittbrodt.  I was also a Pro-Tem Municipal Court Judge for the City of Las Vegas (part time Criminal Judge) for 19 years, but retired from that position.. I practice in all Courts in Nevada (including Federal Court, 9th Circuit and 6th Circuit).  I also practice before most administrative bodies including, but not limited to, the Clark County Commission, all local City Councils, Nevada State Contractor's Board, Nevada Division of Real Estate, Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, Nevada Transportation Authority and Nevada State Gaming Board.. Additionally, I had served for two terms as Chairman of The Court Reporters Board for the State of Nevada, first appointed by Governor Miller and then reappointed by Governor Guinn.  I have been involved in shaping legislative bills with the Associated General Contractors, Court Reporter Board as well as those those involving real estate issues.. I have also been involved heavily in our community over the years, most currently appointed by the Clark County Commission to serve on the Jaycees Retirement Community Board of Directors from 2005 through 2021, wherein I retired from the board as President.  I am a past President of the Fremont Rotary Club, past President of the Buena Park Boys and Girls Club, a founding member and past Co-President of the Interfaith Hospitality Network (now named Family Promise, a coalition to assist homeless families), as well as formerly serving several years as a member of the Boys Nite Out Committee and other fundraising committees for the Las Vegas Boys and Girls Club.. I have three children, all born in Las Vegas and have attended Clark County Public Schools. My eldest currently teaches Special Eduction for the Clark County School District.  My second child is now pursuing his dream in the music industry, and my youngest works specifically with Autistic Children as a Pediactric NueroPsychologist.

Mr. Wright’s practice consists exclusively of corporate association law representation of Common-Interest Communities (“CIC’s”), and CIC Industry Organizations.. Mr. Wright is Of Counsel to Marquis Aurbach (“MAC”). He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1993, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from Hawaii Pacific University in 1986. He was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Florida in 1994 (Retired), and the Supreme Court of Nevada in 2000.. Mr. Wright has practiced for nearly three decades and over seventeen years exclusively in Common-Interest Community Law; six of those years with his own firm just prior to joining MAC. He was selected by Community Association Management Executive Officers, Inc. ("CAMEO") and Las Vegas High-Rise Condominium Association ("LVHCA") to represent those organizations for most of that time period. He is a member of the Nevada Bar Real Property Section, and has written statutory language adopted by the Nevada Legislature for Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 116 (The Common-Interest Ownership (Uniform Act)).. He was also in-house counsel to an international medical personnel corporation, representing the corporation before regulatory agencies including the Immigration and Naturalization Service, and writing portions of federal immigration law for adoption by the United States Congress; a sole practitioner in the areas of personal injury litigation, fair debt and collections practices, general practice civil litigation and consulting to other law firms on personal injury practice; and an associate to law firms in the areas of commercial collections, personal injury, bankruptcy, probate, and general practice civil litigation.. Mr. Wright is an avid bodybuilder and surfer, and enjoys traveling internationally with his wife.

Adam H. Clarkson, originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina, moved to Nevada in 2006. Adam’s outstanding academic performance was recognized both by the College of Charleston during his undergraduate studies and by the University of South Carolina where he garnered his law degree. He is currently licensed to practice law in Nevada. Mr. Clarkson’s practice of law is exclusively dedicated to representing homeowners and homeowner associations as general counsel. As general counsel he has excelled and gained substantial experience in advising HOA Boards. His undergraduate degree in finance has been invaluable in assisting boards to understand all aspects of association finance.
