I founded the Turner Law Firm, PLLC in February 07, 2013. I have been licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina since September 2008. I started my career in preparing responses to discovery requests for major corporations in Chicago, Detroit, and Charlotte.. The southern hospitality, warm weather, and growing Charlotte market led me to become a permanent resident in 2012. I enjoy practicing real estate law including land disputes and landlord/tenant matters. I am also passionate about helping people who find themselves in anxiety-ridden situations such as those who have been facing foreclosure and those being harassed by bill collectors. I take cases throughout North Carolina. Debt defense and bankruptcy relief has led me to become licensed in all Federal Districts in North Carolina. On the family law side, I am also an advocate for fairness between the separating spouses and I protect the child’s interests and pride myself in calming the parties in dispute as opposed to creating additional tensions as other attorneys often do.. I attended college at the University of Iowa having graduated in May 2003 with a Minor in French and Bachelor Degrees in Marketing and Asian Languages and Literature with emphasis in Mandarin Chinese. During undergraduate studies, I became interested in law through a course in business law. After undergrad I obtained a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.. Since arriving in North Carolina, I have volunteered for the Coalition to Unchain Dogs, the Tax Clinic of Legal Services of the Southern Piedmont, and the Council for Children’s Rights. My hobbies consist of cooking classes, trying new foods and container gardening growing tomatoes and various herbs and spices.

Martha Bradley is a Tar Heel born and bred, growing up in Elizabethtown, North Carolina, and has been practicing law since 2012. Her practice focuses on civil litigation at the trial and appellate level. The cornerstone to Martha’s legal practice is providing high quality legal advice combined with direct and reliable client communication. In her spare time, Martha enjoys painting, music, and hiking with her husband and their rescued German Shepherd mixes, Sam and Chewie. Richard "Rick" Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Centre College in Danville, KY.  After working as a financial analyst for seven years, Rick went back to school and earned his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, at Northern Kentucky University.. Rick first visited the Brevard area while attending Centre College, and visited regularly for years after, enjoying the many hiking and mountain biking trails that the area has to offer.  Rick moved to Brevard in 2010, and since then has worked in private practice, and as an Assistant District Attorney in Judicial District 29B.. Originally from Jacksonville, North Carolina, Casey S. Starling completed his Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke before pursuing his legal education at Western Michigan University Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.  After graduating Cum Laude from law school and passing the North Carolina Bar Exam in July of 2015, Casey returned home and joined Silva, Kiernan & Associates, PLLC.  During law school, Casey had the unique opportunity to complete an internship with the Onslow County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted numerous traffic and criminal offenses in the Onslow County District Courts.  Casey’s familiarity with Onslow County, dedication to the law, enthusiastic defense of his clients, and well-executed strategies are among many of his fine qualities as an attorney.  As a lifetime native of Eastern North Carolina, Casey is devoted to protecting the citizens of Onslow County and the surrounding areas.
