I was born in Southern California but moved to Arkansas as a youth. I was the first in my family to attend college and graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2002 with a Bachelors in Sociology and Psychology. After college, I spent seven years as a parole/probation agent. Through this experience, I saw the need for quality legal representation for immigrants. In 2013, I moved to Idaho with her husband and five children. After this move, I enrolled at Concordia University School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2018. While in law school, I knew she wanted to be an immigration attorney and focused on immigration law, participating in the immigration clinic and Project LAURA (a nonprofit established to help unaccompanied youth in immigration proceedings). After graduation, I created a nonprofit immigration legal services program in Caldwell named Familias Unidas. After four years with this program, I decided it was time to start my own firm. I am a member of the Idaho State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyer Association. I am also Vice-Chair of the MOSAICS Public School Board of Directors. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and five children, reading, and knitting.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University Law School in 2010 with a Certificate in Business and Transactional Law with Distinction.. In law school, Michael frequented the Dean’s List and graduated in the top 10% of his class. He was a legal intern with Washburn’s Law Clinic in both Civil Litigation and Small Business and Transactional Law.. Michael received his Master of Laws at the University of Georgia School of Law with an emphasis in International Business.. Michael obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. While attending school, he interned with SUU’s Public Safety Office. He earned his Master’s of Science in Security Management while working full-time as the Head of Security at the Boise Target store.. In addition to practicing law, Michael enjoys volunteering at Concordia University School of law as a mentor to law students and as a panel judge for the law students' oral argument exercise.  He also enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and is an avid sports fan.

Attorney Yvonne Franco Perez earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law with an emphasis in enterprise organization. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Political Science, with a minor in Spanish and a Masters of Public Administration from Idaho State University.. Attorney Franco is passionate about serving the community. Prior to law school, she served with AmeriCorps VISTA, a national service program designed specifically to fight poverty and help those in disadvantaged circumstances. There she dedicated her time to creating a sustainable KinCare Program for relatives raising relative children.. Prior to AmeriCorps VISTA, Attorney Franco sat as the chair of the Board of Directors for the Latino Economic and Development Center (LEAD), an organization dedicated to serving Latino entrepreneurs with expert tools for successful business start-up and/or expansion..
