Candace was born overseas and her father is a naturalized U.S. citizen. She fondly remembers watching him take the oath of citizenship while waving her American flag. He inspires her love for immigration.. She grew up in Oregon and enjoys hiking, kayaking and camping in this beautiful state. She spent a year living in France, and hopes to move back one day, although her French has grown a little rusty. She loves to travel and meet new people from all over the world. She is married to her best friend and they have two small children.. Candace graduated from Willamette University College of Law. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon where she graduated with departmental honors. I graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2002. Thereafter I clerked for Multnomah County Judge Edward Jones for one year, practiced insurance defense for 7 plus years with Zipse, Elkins & Mitchell, opened my own firm in 2011, six months later joined a partnership, which lasted five years. In 2016 I opened the Monica Aguilar Campbell Law Office (“MAC Law”), a boutique law firm that services individuals and families around the world with immigration matters. MAC Law also helps individuals with their Estate planning needs.

Kenny Kennedy’s practice focuses on general immigration law matters including visas, citizenship issues, deportation defense and appeals.  Mr. Kennedy's mother was an immigrant from the Philippines and eventually became a naturalized citizen of the United States.  Mr. Kennedy knows first hand the challenges an individual or a family can face when coming to a new country.  He believes in taking the time to explain to clients and their families the many complicated issues that arise in both visa applications and deportation defense.. Mr. Kennedy is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Oregon, United States District Court, District of Oregon, and United States Court of Appeals of the Ninth Circuit.
