I grew up in Germany and came to the U.S. in 1984, from Munich, Germany.  My husband joined the faculty of UAB medical school.  My children were five and eight years old when we came.  They have successfully masterd the schools and acquired a phD and/or Master's Degree from Georgia Tech.. I canhelp in many cases, since I am an immigrant myself and I practice and tought international/immigration law at the Birmingham Schoool of Law. I have a very good idea of the anxiety and stress many of the foreign nationals experience.. They suffer under our restrictive and very complicated immigration laws.  They themselves and their extended families will appreciate some insight into this maze.  In many cases I am able to help these individuals.. I am handling family based applications, naturalizations, appeals, problems with small criminal issues, dueal citizenship applications for Germans, L, E and HaB visa applications for business.

Education and Honors:Natalia graduate Magnaa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Global Studies focusing on Conflict Resolution in Latin America with a minor in Business Administration from Saint Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. In 2018, she received her J.D from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, ASU. She was recognized as a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar for academic excellence, and she received the CALI award for top grade in the Immigration Law and Policy Clinic.. Legal Experience:Prior to joining Jackson White, Natalia externed at the Tempe City Attorney’s Office and the American Civil Liberties Union. She also worked as a Law Clerk for Alex Navidad P.L.C., an immigration and criminal defense firm, and she was in the Immigration Law and Policy Clinic at ASU.. Personal Interests:Natalia was born in Texas, but she was raised in Mexico. She fluently speaks, reads, and writes Spanish. She is passionate about human rights, and she focuses that calling by helping immigrants reach their goals. In her free time, Natalia enjoys travelling and reading.

I am an Alabama native and big Braves fan!. After growing up in the Montgomery, AL area, I had the opportunity to live in Mexico for 2 years. While I was there, I learned about the culture, the people and also how to speak Spanish. This experience was influential in me pursuing immigration law. Since graduating from the University of Alabama with my Juris Doctorate in 2010, I have almost exclusively worked in immigration law. By keeping my focus on immigration law, I am able to fine tune my skills for my clients. I have been able to help clients all over the world with their immigration needs.
