I have successfully litigated cases in state and federal court. Since graduating from SMU with my JD in 2004, I have developed an impressive track record in jury trials, non-jury trials, and arbitrations as a result of dedicated preparation and artful lawyering skills. I have tried, and won, cases in seven (7) different counties in Texas. It is common for me to make six and seven digit recoveries for clients who had been told by other attorneys that they don’t have a case. Nathaniel Mack III was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, to an Air Force veteran and a teacher. Rob Beard was raised in Augusta, Arkansas and is a graduate of Augusta High School.  He completed his B.A. at Henderson State Univeristy in 1999.  Rob went on to graduate with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.  While attending law school, Rob served as Assistant Managing Editor of the UALR Law Reviewand was Vice President of the Student Bar Association..
