Levi F. Jeff Johnson works in the areas of serious personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence claims, and civil rights violations. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Jeff worked for three years as an Assistant Attorney General for the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. While with the Attorney General, Jeff worked primarily on unemployment benefit and worker’s compensation matters (work place injuries). Brian was raised in Pasco and graduated from Pasco High School in 1993. He attended Washington State University and graduated with a B.A. in History/Education. Brian found a great deal of satisfaction serving the community as a public school teacher at Southridge High School. He enjoyed teaching US Government, US History, advising the National Honor Society and coaching Boys Basketball. After a ten year career in education and many fond memories, Brian left the area to attend Michigan State University College of Law where he excelled academically and served as President of his class. Brian was eventually hired by MSU Law as the Associate Director of Alumni Engagement.. While in law school, Brian excelled in trial advocacy, winning local trial competitions and placing in multiple regional and national competitions. He was selected for enrollment in the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, a two year long integrated academic program that focused on trial advocacy. In this capacity, he was awarded the Walter E. Oberer Trial Practice Institute Scholarship due to his trial advocacy skills.. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife April & two children, and many of his old teaching friends. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time on the river with his family.

I graduated from University of Idaho, College of Law in2008. After Law School I went to work for a large firm in Spokane, Washington. Because of the downturn in the economy thatfirm began to struggle which resulted in layoffs and downsizing. Newer hires, like myself, were the first toget laid off. I opened my own firm,Stratton Law, in 2010 in Kennewick, Washington. I started out by doing quite a bit of contract work for other attorneysin the area, including quite a bit of personal injury work for AndersonLaw. Brian Anderson liked my work and Iwent to work full time for Anderson Law in 2011. My main focus now is personal injurynegotiation and litigation, including appeals.

I began my legal career defending personal injury claims for policy holders of major insurance companies to include USAA, Farmers Insurance Group, GEICO, and other insurers. I am able to put this experience to good use for my clients as I have now chosen to exclusively represent victims of negligence with their personal injury claims and no longer work for insurance companies.  I am admitted to practice in all Washington Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. I represent clients in Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap, King, Jefferson, Clallam, Mason, and Grays Harbor Counties.  I am a native of Washington and graduate of the University of Puget Sound.  I completed the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps program at UPS as a scholarship student and was selected as a Distinguished Graduate upon completing the program. I entered active duty with the Air Force shortly after earning my undergraduate degree.  In my spare time I enjoy photography and spending time with family and friends.  I enjoy meeting and talking to people from all walks of life and it is a priority that my clients are in a better place because of my representation.

I am a partner with Bluhm Morgan PLLC.  My law firm primarily represents Plaintiffs in serious accidents, from motor vehicle collisions to premises liability claims and construction site accidents.  Additionally, I continue to serve as defense counsel for a number of clients. before moving to Olympia in 2011, I served as senior legal counsel at Travelers Insurance as one of its “major case” attorneys, defending Travelers insureds in a variety of catastrophic claims from construction site accidents to wrongful death claims.. I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my daughter play volleyball.  I also enjoy hiking, fishing, and rooting for the Mariners and Seahawks.

I spent my formative years here in the Northwest in a little town called Bigfork, located on Flathead Lake in Montana. It was during those years that I grew to love the mountains and all that this part of the country has to offer. There was rarely a time in my life that I did not dream of coming back to the Northwest. As fate would have it, in 2006 I was able to come back and start practicing law in the area. I live just outside Colville, with my wife and two children, on a piece of property close to my sister and her family. My sister is a Physician here in town and was my initial connection to Colville. My mother also lives here in Colville, and it’s the first time we have all lived in the same town since I was in High School. It has been a welcome change.. I did my undergraduate studies at Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa. I double majored in Environmental Studies and History. When I graduated in 1996, I decided to start graduate school in Forestry at Michigan Tech University in Houghton, Michigan. I really loved it up there in the U.P., but decided to change course and continue my education by becoming a law student. I began law school in 1997 at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. I graduated in 2000 and began preparing for the Bar Exam.. I passed the bar in 2000 and hung my own shingle shortly thereafter. I decided early on that I did not want to sell my soul to a large firm. I wanted to have a life with my future family, and I didn’t feel that that would mix well with 72 hour work weeks. I practiced successfully for 6 years as a General Practice Attorney in Des Moines, Iowa. I was involved in mostly litigation, spending much of that time in the court room on various civil and criminal cases.. During that time, my family was doing well, and my wife had no desire to move. However, the opportunity to finally be able to get back to my roots came. I convinced my wife to make the trek half way across the country to Colville. I worked with McGrane & Scheurman for over three years and, in 2009, made the decision to start my own practice here in Colville.. Mission Statement. In the overall practice of law, the courtroom is definitely where I excel. My goal is to provide the highest quality legal service through the use of my experience, ethical standards, and commitment to zealous representation in the courts. I enjoy the legal battle in the trenches, and I am dedicated to serving my clients in the most effective and efficient manner possible. However, as much as I enjoy the court room, I also understand that most cases should never see a trial. I won’t fight for fighting’s sake.
