Born and raised in New Hampshire, I've been practicing since 1986 and joined the firm in 2006, becoming a partner in 2007.  As a native of New Hampshire, I'm very familiar with the local community.  In addition to a statewide New Hampshire practice in District, Family and Superior Courts, I am licensed in the United States District Court of New Hampshire, and have been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association since September of 1994.  I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Manchester NH Bar Association and the New Hampshire Association for Justice as well as being a certified Superior Court Mediator.  I concentrate my practice in Worker’s Compensation, Family Law, Personal Injury and Social Security Disability claims.  With his years of experience, I head the firm’s Family Law Department.  I will continue my commitment to offer quality legal services to provide clients prompt, courteous and aggressive, yet professional, representation, maintaining high standards to ensure each client receives the attention and representation their individual matter require and deserve.

Mr. Stockstill graduated from Louisiana State University (B.A. 2005) and Louisiana State University Law Center (J.D./D.C.L. 2009). Admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2009. Mr. Stockstill’s primary focus is within the firm’s litigation practice, with a concentration on personal injury, products liability, family law, successions, contract disputes and collections. Experienced litigator in both state and federal courts. Also has extensive practice in transactional matters, including estate planning and the drafting of wills, trusts, pre-nuptial agreements, business contracts, and residential and commercial leases. Woodruff Family Law Section of the Lafayette Bar Association.

I've been a personal injury trial attorney for over 25 years and have tried cases throughout New York State. Before becoming a plaintiff’s trial attorney I spent ten years as in-house counsel and trial attorney for one of the nation’s largest insurance carriers.  This perspective gave me a unique advantage in negotiating and trying cases against insurance companies and their attorneys. Mike is a partner at Le & Kittleson where he focuses his practice on traumatic brain injury, premises liability, wrongful death, trucking collisions, and insurance bad faith. He has spent his career advocating for individuals who have been wronged by insurance companies and large corporations. He has helped his clients obtain several seven-figure verdicts, settlements, and awards for their injuries.. Mike is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice. He has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list and a Super Lawyers Rising Star.. Mike grew up in rural Illinois and went to law school at the University of Washington. He has been practicing personal injury ever since.

Jeff Meyerson graduated in 1990 with a BBA and in 1993, he received his J.D. at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He immediately dedicated his time in Dallas to helping injured workers and accident victims in workers compensation claims and litigation.. Over the years, he has tried numerous cases in state and federal jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, appeals, and administrative hearings. His cases have included claims and trials against the world’s largest corporations both in the United States and abroad. He has argued and won before both state and federal appellate courts.. His tireless efforts have led to settlements and verdicts in cases all over Texas and numerous other states. I have been practicing law for over a decade in the central Texas area.  I enjoy being a litigator and standing up for my clients. I am a member of the executive commitee of the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association and head of its Membership section. I am also a member of the Family Law Section of the Austin Bar Association.  In my free time, I am a Sunday School teacher, Daisy Scout Troop Leader and I enjoy traveling, camping  and spending time with my family and friends.
