Elizabeth Uliano Giblin joined the Law Firm of Chamlin, Uliano, & Walsh in 2015.. As an Associate Attorney, Ms. Giblin practices in the Civil Litigation Department concentrating in the areas of personal injury, as well as representing numerous police officers, municipalities and municipal employees in alleged Civil Rights violations..
