A native of Hays, Kansas, Samantha graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1995 with a B.A. in political science. She went on to obtain her law degree from Washburn University in 1999, and joined the firm upon graduation.. Samantha’s practice emphasizes civil litigation, including personal injury work, contested probate cases, and domestic/family law. She has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of her injured clients.. Samantha has been very active in the Salina community. She served as city commissioner from 2009-2103, serving as mayor of Salina in 2012.  She served on the Board of Salina Youth Care from 2000-2002, Salina Community Theatre and the Salina Area United Way.
