Kenneth J. Laska has been the public defender for the 17th Circuit Court in Connecticut as well as a special public defender for the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the City Attorney for Bristol Connecticut as well a special counsel for the City of Bristol, and counsel to the Central Connecticut Regional Planning Agency.  He is served on the Board of Governors of both the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.  His practice is primarily plaintiff’s litigation.

Born in Middletown, Connecticut, John received his B.S. with honors from Quinnipiac University. He earned his law degree from Southern New England School of Law where he served as the Legal Research and Writing Tutor and Mentor. He also was inducted into the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity by the Honorable Francis J. Larkin. He is admitted to practice before all Connecticut Courts as well as the United States District Court of Connecticut. Prior to joining Silver and Silver, LLP, John was an associate at Carella Law Offices, LLC in Middletown, Connecticut.
