I was born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and grew up in Edgemoor, South Carolina. I am married to Renea Bradberry, who currently teaches English to seventh- and eighth-grade middle school students at Westminster Catawba Christian School. We have three children: Sara Elizabeth, Jacob Bradley, and Margaret Grace.. I attended Lewisville High School in Richburg, South Carolina and received the James F. Byrnes Scholarship for four years of his undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina. In 1987, I received a B.S. degree from the University of South Carolina.  I attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, and received a J.D. in 1990. Subsequently, I studied Theology at the Erskine Theological Seminary in Due West, South Carolina.. Prior to establishing my own law practice in 1996, I worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Luke N. Brown, Jr. and the Honorable Gerald C. Smoak in the 14th Circuit of South Carolina, which comprises Beaufort, Jasper, Colleton, Allendale, and Hampton Counties. Subsequently, I worked as an associate attorney for Moss & Kuhn, P.A. in Beaufort, South Carolina, and as an associate attorney for Larry C. Brandt, P.A. in Walhalla, South Carolina. In 1996, I established the law firm of Jordan & Plowden, in Seneca, South Carolina. Two years later, I formed Jordan Law Firm, P.C. During this time,  served as an adjunct professor of Business Law at Erskine College in Due West, South Carolina. After moving back to Chester County in December 2001, I  worked as a partner at Boyd & Jordan, LLC in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I began operating as Jordan Law Firm, P.C. again in 2004 and operated as Jordan & Dunn, LLC from 2011 to 2016.. I have handled cases in the Family Court and the Circuit Court of South Carolina, as well as before the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission, the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce, and the Social Security Administration. I have tried in excess of 50 cases to a jury verdict and more than 2000 non jury matters to a conclusion.  I have handled cases that arose in Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, Colleton, Anderson, Fairfield, Oconee, Greenville, Pickens, Spartanburg, Cherokee, York, Lancaster, Chester, Lexington, Richland, Florence, Horry, and Charleston Counties.   I have also been admitted Pro Hac Vice to the courts in Georgia, North Carolina, Washington, D.C. and most recently have been admitted Pro Hac Vice in North Dakota.. .

I have practiced law since 1986 in Missouri. My discipline concerned someone taking something from a file in 1999, but was not found out about until 2004. When I found out this information, I clearly was wrong in believing it to be covered by a court order from California, thinking the information was told to me in attorney-client privilege.. Prior to 2006 I had the highest rating an attorneyt can have, AV+. My discipline in Colorado was based upon recipriocity, and is unrelated to anything done wrong in Colorado.. The majority of my practice is based on referrals form other lawyers who know my skills and understand I mad a mistake in the past , which had nothing to do with my capabilities as an attorney,. If given the chance, you will find me to be very straight-forward and understand how to evaulate, prepare, and try medical malpractice cases, and litigation in general.
