Richard N. Schibell, Esq. is an associate at Schibell & Mennie, LLC concentrating in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation throughout New Jersey. Mr. Richard N Schibell graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts, concentrating in both Philosophy and History. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Schibell served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard W. English, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

Jared was born and raised in Silver Creek, Mississippi.  He is a graduate of the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science in Columbus, Mississippi.  Jared graduated from the University of Mississippi’s Business School and Sally McDonnell-Barksdale Honors College.. During his undergraduate career, he helped to found the University of Mississippi’s Mock Trial Program, as well as volunteered with the Lafayette County Habitat for Humanity and University of Mississippi Emergency Medical Responders.. While in law school, Jared served on the University of Mississippi’s Law Review as an associate editor and on the Moot Court Board, where he won multiple advocacy competitions and individual accolades.

Tyler Parks graduated from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis where he was on the editorial board of Law Review.  During his two summers of law school, he was a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Tennessee.  During his final year of law school, Tyler was selected for an externship with U.S. Magistrate Judge Charmiane G. Claxton and the Shelby County District Attorney General’s Office. Tyler joined Bailey & Greer in 2012 and has begun representing clients with Tennessee Workers' Compensation claims as well as helping victims of personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.

Pete joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2016 as an associate attorney in the Brentwood office. His current areas of practice include Insurance Defense, Workers’ Compensation, Family Law, and Probate & Estates. Pete is a Middle Tennessee native and graduated from White House High School. After high school, Pete served in the United States Marine Corps working in Military Police as a Corrections Specialist. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 2008, graduating cum laude. Pete attended law school at the University of Tennessee College of Law where he earned his J.D. with a Concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution in 2012. While in law school, Pete participated on the AAJ Mock Trial Team, was the Articles Editor for The Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy, and interned at the United States Department of the Interior, and both the Davidson County and Knox County District Attorney's Offices. Prior to joining Moore, Ingram, Johnson & Steele, Pete worked in a high volume family law and criminal law firm, earning a reputation as an effective negotiator and trial advocate for his clients. Pete lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife and daughter in the Inglewood/East Nashville area. When he is not devoting his time to law, Pete enjoys spending his time outdoors camping and hiking. He is also a fan of the Tennessee Titans.

Thomas R. Fields received a Bachelor or Arts degree from the University of Kansas in 1986 with a dual major in Spanish and Political Science and his Juris Doctor from Washburn University of Topeka School of Law in 1989. Mr. Fields has a bilingual English and Spanish law practice consisting mainly of workers compensation claims, criminal cases and personal injury claims throughout the states of Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Fields has been representing the Hispanic community in both Kansas and Missouri since 1991.. Spanish speaking clients comprise about ninety percent of Mr. Fields practice.
