Ms. Rejaei has lived in the Memphis area for most of her life. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She subsequently attended the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During law school, Ms. Rejaei served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James F. Russell of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Tennessee, whereby she was able to get a birds-eye view of the litigation process, research law, and provide memorandums for Judge Russell. She also was able to attend numerous hearings and trials, which allowed her to better understand the legal courtroom process. During law school, Ms. Rejaei was further active in Moot Court, which allowed her to receive training for courtroom appearances as an attorney. She also served as a staff writer for the University of Memphis Law Review, which honed her research and writing skills.. She has been part of the NST team since 2010. Throughout her time with the firm of Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, she has handled a wide variety of cases, including automobile accidents, wrongful death, social security disability, and workers’ compensation, which is her main area of practice. Ms. Rejaei knows how devastating work injuries can be to an individual and family, and she has developed a passion for helping these workers with permanent injuries. She now chairs NST’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group.. Ms. Rejaei is admitted to practice law in Tennessee. In 2016, she was elected to the Memphis Bar Associated Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors.  She is also an active member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Rejaei was selected to the 2016 Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Stars list, which recognizes lawyers who have received professional achievement through a rigorous peer recognition system. Ms. Rejaei has dedicated herself to making a difference in the lives of injured workers and is zealous and passionate in her representation of them. Outside of her practice, she enjoys running, biking, watching the Memphis Grizzlies, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and three rescue dogs. She has served as President of the Memphis Law Animal Advocacy Group. Ms. Rejaei also committed time as a volunteer mentor for several years with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Mid-South.

I am a graduate of OSU with a degree in Political Science and received my Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 1995. Since then, I have fought tirelessly to defend and protect the rights of my clients.. I have had the honor of serving on various boards and committees and served as President of the Latino Community Development Agency for 5 years. Other memberships include the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, South OKC Chamber of Commerce, Tulsa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Rotary Club of OKC.

Jim Devinney has practiced in the field of workers’ compensation law for over thirty-one (31) years. In 1993, Jim began working for Fred Boettcher, Oklahoma’s most prominent workers’ compensation attorney. In 2001, Jim started his own law firm practicing workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability, and personal injury. In 2018, Jim, Fred, and Brad Wicker formed the BDIW Law firm. Along with Derek Ingle, BDIW has become a statewide law firm representing injured workers all over Oklahoma. Jim continues to represent injured workers in the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court and Commission. He has tried or settled over 40,000 cases and has recovered hundred of millions of dollars in benefits for his clients. He is dedicated to taking care of injured workers and their families. He also practices in the area of Social Security Disability.. Jim grew up in Cashion, Oklahoma. He was an All-State football player for Cashion playing center and linebacker. His team went undefeated and won State his senior year. He then attended the University of Oklahoma for undergrad and law school, graduating with honors. He has been married to his wife, Suzanne, for thirty-one (31) years. Jim and Suzanne have three (3) children, Laura, James, and Jason. He enjoys playing golf, scuba diving, karate, and watching movies and football. He is on the Board of Directors of the Poncan Theater and is a Deacon at First Baptist Church of Ponca City.
