Grant Kincannon is an Altus native who, upon receiving his education at Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma City University, moved his family back to Southwest Oklahoma. He has been living and working as an attorney in Altus since 2014. Although Grant maintains a diverse practice including many facets of the law, he primarily focuses his law practice on Civil Litigation matters with a particular emphasis in representing those who are injured by the negligence of others.

Eric McEnerney graduated magna cum laude from Belmont University, where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Music Business. He then attended The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Following his 1L year, Mr. McEnerney served as a JAG Corps Summer Intern with the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. While in law school, Mr. McEnerney served on The University of Memphis Law Review, placed 3rd in the Freshman Moot Court Competition, and served as Research Assistant to the Herff Chair of Excellence in Law and Associate Dean for Faculty Development, Torts Professor Andrew J. McClurg. Mr. McEnerney received the Jerome Rosengarten Memorial Scholarship. After his 2L year, he served as extern to the Honorable Judge Holly Kirby on the Tennessee Court of Appeals (now Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Kirby). During his 3L year, he served as Judicial Extern to United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee Magistrate Judge Tu. M. Pham. Eric practices in the area of automobile accident, workers’ compensation litigation and social security advocacy.. Originally from Herald California, Mr. McEnerney now calls Memphis Tennessee home, after living in Levelland Texas and Nashville Tennessee for a time. In his free time, he enjoys playing bluegrass and traditional country music on his Martin D-18, as well as spending time with his girlfriend and her family.
