Evan graduated from Boise State University in 2011, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with a minor in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho School of Law in 2015. While attending law school, Evan’s studies included an emphasis on Business Law and Entrepreneurship. He was a member of the Law School Dean’s List for all three years.. Coming out of law school, Evan was a partner/co-owner at Mortimer, Thomas PLLC in Boise, Idaho. Clay grew up in the Las Vegas valley and learned the value of loyalty and hard work early, watching and later working for his dad’s pool construction business. An Eagle Scout and graduate of Green Valley High School, Clay went on to serve a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in South America.. Upon returning to the states, he worked his way through college, earning a Bachelors Degree in Economics from UNLV’s Lee School of Business then went on to the William S. Boyd School of Law where he graduated in 2005 and was licensed to practice law in 2006.. Clay was awarded a highly competitive clerkship with the honorable District Court Judge Cynthia “Diane” Steel in 2006 after which he worked for an insurance defense firm for three years, utilizing his time to learn all the ins and outs of the insurance world. Today, he utilizes that very same knowledge to fight for the rights of his clients.. Clay has been married for 14 years to his wife, Amber, and they have five children. Family is the cornerstone of Clay’s life and although he and his wife have put a lot into the law practice, nothing comes before his family. Along with Amber, they spend at least two weeks each summer with the kids on vacation whether it be fishing, camping, hiking or visiting different cities around the country.. Clay learned Portuguese on his mission in Brazil and enjoys visiting with his Spanish speaking clients in his version of Spanish. It always gives his clients a chuckle to hear him work through their language but also makes them feel more at home.

Alex Pletch knew at an early age that he had a knack for arguing. Coming from a politically-charged family, debates were common around the dinner table. He is the first to attend law school among a hard-working family of many professions. During his undergraduate education, he took an interest in sociology and criminal justice. At first, he was inclined to focus on criminal law before attending Lewis & Clark. As he advanced through law school he grew more interested in tort law and helping those who are less legally savvy get what they deserve from the justice system.
