Chris Higley joined Cutt, Kendell & Olson as a law clerk in 2013 and stayed on as an associate attorney after graduating law school.  Since joining Cutt, Kendell & Olson, Chris has worked on numerous cases that have resolved for six, seven, and eight figures.  He practices almost exclusively in plaintiff personal injury cases, including product liability, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, or general negligence.  Chris has experience at all phases of litigation, from the pre-litigation demand phase through trial.. Chris has served on the Young Lawyer’s Division executive board as a liaison for And Justice for All, a local nonprofit.  In this effort, Chris was involved in various fundraising events for And Justice for All, including the annual “Bar Sharks” pool tournament.  Chris has also taught at various litigation-related CLEs sponsored by the Young Lawyer’s Division.

Tyler has devoted his life to advocating for people who were injured by the negligence of others. His practice is centered around personal injury law, including car accidents, premise liability, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and more. Tyler has worked on hundreds of cases including several valued in the multi-million dollar range. Tyler is the founding attorney of Eaton Injury Law, a personal firm actively serving Utah.. Tyler earned his Juris Doctor degree at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He graduated law school and passed the Utah bar exam at the mere age of 23, among some of the youngest in the state's history. Tyler began his law journey at Chapman University where he helped co-found the Esports Law Society prior to transferring to the University of Utah. Before law school, he graduated with honors from Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s degree in business management at the age of 20. In law school, Tyler received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for receiving the highest course grade in Contracts II. He also obtained a Certificate of Completion of Utah Court-Approved Basic Mediator Training.. Prior to creating his firm, Tyler completed several externships at the largest personal injury law firm in Nevada. Throughout his time there, he shadowed some of the nation’s greatest trial attorneys and learned from their expertise. In his free time, he enjoys basketball, games, camping, and fishing.

Mr. Shaw handles his firm’s civil litigation as well as criminal prosecution for municipalities in Northern Utah.  He has been involved in litigation regarding personal injury, contracts, copyright, real estate, product liability, insurance, premises liability, employment, worker’s compensation and other commercial disputes.. Mr. Shaw received his undergraduate degree from Utah State University and later graduated from law school at the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California.  After finishing law school, Mr. Shaw practiced law in California for six years before joining the firm of Ericson & Shaw.  Mr. Shaw is currently licensed to practice law in the States of Utah and California and handles litigation cases in both states.. Mr. Shaw attended The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California and received his Juris Doctor in May 2004.. Mr. Shaw also attended Utah State University in Logan, Utah and received a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish, May 2000.

Jaren is our local; born and raised in Southern Utah. He’ll be the first to tell you that if you didn’t go to Snow Canyon High School that he won’t hold it against you, even though he really will.
