Stephen New, has lived in southern West Virginia his entire life. He grew up in Gilbert, where his father was a coal miner and his mother was a schoolteacher. Mr. New put himself through school by serving in the Army National Guard and working in the coalmines over the summer. His is a work ethic you can rely on to fight to see your rights protected
