About Timothy Manchin
Timothy J. Manchin graduated from the WVU College of Law in 1980 and began practicing law with the law firm of Sanders & Austin in Princeton, WV, for a period of three years. He then moved back to Fairmont, WV, where he and cousin Michael Aloi established Manchin & Aloi. In 2011, Timothy established the Manchin Injury Law Group. He has been an active member in the American Association of Justice since 1983 and served as president of the West Virginia Association of Justice in 2000/2001. Additionally, he currently serves as a West Virginia delegate to the American Association for Justice. He is also currently a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 43rd District. Tim practices primarily in the area of personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice and products liability. He has successfully prosecuted death claims against multi-national companies such as Johnson Controls and John Deere.
