I have been a personal injury attorney my entire career.  There are three reasons why I have been successful in the field:. (1) I work hard.  What you reap is what you sow.  If you don't put in the groundwork to do the job right, then the job won't be done right.. (2) I like new ideas.  A lot of attorneys have been handling cases the same way for their entire careers without questioning whether it was actually the best way to handle them.  It is easy for everyone to get into a routine in their job and repeat the same tasks over and over and attorneys are no different.  I do everything I can to avoid that and to handle my cases for my clients in a manner that makes insurance companies uncomfortable because it is not the "norm.". (3)  I'm a fairly simple person and I take pride in that.  You can see the same, repeated words used in a lot of attorney's advertisements on this website and others.  Everybody calls themselves dynamic, or passionate, or innovative, or so on.  Traits that sound impressive, but don't require any real support.  I don't speak or act that way in my personal life so I don't speak or act that way in my professional life.  Instead, I talk to all of my clients as normal people.  I think the worst mistake a lot of lawyers make is thinking that they need to act like a lawyer, or be somebody that they are not.  I've always found that the best way to communicate is to be yourself and allow the other person to do the same.  That sort of communication results in both people being on the same page, which allows them to work toward the same goal together.

At just 29 years old, Taylor Rouse achieved a remarkable milestone by arguing before the Supreme Court of the United States—an honor that only a select few attorneys experience in their careers. In the landmark case Thacker v. Tennessee Valley Authority, the Court unanimously ruled in Taylor’s favor with a 9-0 decision. This victory not only granted his client the opportunity to pursue compensation for personal injuries but also redefined the tort liability of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), a federally chartered corporation supplying electricity to millions of Americans. The ruling has far-reaching implications, safeguarding the lives and safety of citizens across the seven states where the TVA operates and reshaping the legal landscape for governmental entities engaged in commercial activities.. This case exemplifies Taylor’s dedication, perseverance, and unwavering belief that victims of personal injury and families affected by wrongful death deserve their day in court—even against the most formidable and resourceful opponents. Taylor’s creativity and tenacity ensure that ordinary people have a powerful advocate for their rights.. A Huntsville native, Taylor returned to his hometown after earning his degree from The University of Alabama School of Law. Since then, he has been steadfast in his commitment to serving the people of North Alabama. Taylor has successfully handled a wide range of cases, including car accidents, 18-wheeler collisions, premises liability claims, property damage disputes, insurance litigation, defective product cases, commercial litigation, contract breaches, and workplace injuries.. Contact Taylor today to schedule a consultation and receive experienced legal guidance.

I am a sixth-generation native of Northwest Arkansas and member of the last unified class of Rogers High School. Seth completed his undergraduate degree at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, where he was a Daktronics NAIA Scholar Athlete and Crossroads League All-Conference performer for the Wildcats baseball team. After retiring his batting gloves, he decided the best avenue for his passion for competition was to become a trial lawyer.. While a student at the University of Arkansas School of Law, Seth prosecuted cases as a Rule XV Student Practitioner for the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office and served as Note & Comment Editor for the Journal of Food Law & Policy. He also clerked for the Civil Department of the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office and for Benton County Circuit Court Judge Brad Karren.. Upon graduation, Seth began his career working for large insurance companies in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. During that time, he represented defendants in civil jury trials across the state—obtaining favorable verdicts for his clients in each case.. After having worked first-hand with those insurance companies, Seth decided that he had a duty and obligation to help injured people that were struggling to get fair treatment from insurance companies.. "Do all the good you can. By all the means you can. In all the ways you can. In all the places you can. At all the times you can. To all the people you can. As long as you ever can.". -John Wesley
