With 30 years of experience in private practice I bring a highly organized, focused approach to resolving construction disputes and contract litigation in mediations, arbitrations and trials. Before attending law school, I served on active duty with the United States Air Force accumulating 2,000+ flight hours as a C-130E/H flight examiner navigator, air operations staff officer, instructor navigator and basic navigator at Dyess AFB, Texas and Yokota AB, Japan.  I served in the Air Force Reserve from 1989 - 2007 as a transportation officer, executive officer, squadron commander, special assistant to the 10th Air Force Commander, and Maintenance Group Commander.

I am an attorney from Georgia.  I graduated from UGA lawschool in 2001, worked at a large firm in Atlanta for 2 years and for two successive Chief Justices of the Georgia Supreme Court, Norman Fletcher and Leah Sears, for 3 years after that.  My family and I relocated to Salt Lake City in 2007 for the outdoor amenities and professional opportunities it offered.  We love living everything about living here.
