Harassment from other parent

Location: Florida The mother of my child (who has 100% time, and i have no visitation rights), spam calls me about 15 times a day on average, claiming to have questions, and if i don’t respond quickly, she will spam texts and calls. If we do communicate and have a phone call, she often has nothing to ask and only seems to want to waste time. sometimes, if i have not responded, she contacts my mother through several alternate numbers. There have been days where she has called 60+ times . she also refuses to text any questions, saying she does not have time, but will then continue to call me throughout the day She’s threatened legal action, insulted me and my family several times, and never asks questions that need me around. I’d like to block her phone number, stop her from contacting my mother, and have any questions or documents for me going through email or a third party intermediary , but i don’t have money for a lawyer to go through this process, and she comes from a very wealthy family with a lawyer on retainer. We have a parenting plan, that has not been fully submitted, but has been agreed to by both parties. Could somebody discuss what my options would be to limit her ability to directly contact me. I have essentially no involvement in the day to day life of her and the child and the every day spamming of calls / malicious texts feels like harassment.
