Question on restraining orders

Location: Pennsylvania My good friend dumped his girlfriend about three weeks ago. He has a habit of marrying/dating toxic women. He’s done all the right things after dumping her- blocking her, refusing contact, etc. Now the ex girlfriend is going to his ex wife’s house when his children are there. The children are ages 9 and 12. The ex wife is allowing this girlfriend to enter her home because the ex girlfriend “wants to visit the children”. My friend was only dating this woman for a few months. Is he able to procure a restraining order to keep this woman away from his children? It’s not his house or his custody time when the ex girlfriend is doing this, but it’s clear she’s doing it for an ulterior motive. The ex wife and ex girlfriend had no relationship prior to this, they were not friends.
