Car accident issues

Location: South Florida I was in an automotive accident last Wednesday evening, the other vehicle in the accident left the scene after exchanging phone numbers and before cops arrived, my car was in worse condition and i couldn't leave and i got it towed without a police report, i filed the accident through my insurance and i got the other parties insurance as well as their drivers license and included it into my claim. Today i got an email that states the other party is filing a bodily injury claim. Whats my best course of action from this point on?
