Is there anything that can be done?

Keeping it short and simple , 2021 i was put on deferred adjudication for agg robbery & evading arrest w/motor vehicle , 2023 i cuaght a class b misdemeanor theft &" was sentenced 10-20 days in jail , Next month i am successfully completing my probation . I understand theres a 5 year wait after completing probation , is it still possible get a nondisclosure for them , and one for the misdemeanor class b Location: Texas
