Next steps?

Location: Oklahoma Bare with me here, I'm not sure how to properly write this out. I have currently been in a lease for a year and a half/ out of the two years I'm leased for (yearly renewal process). In my lease there is no mention of hardship extensions or anything remotely similar (only mention outside of how much I pay for everything is the 50 dollar late/rejected fees) and as of last week when I spoke to the office about it, they didn't give me any information besides saying it was too early to submit anything yet and that they start the eviction process on the 15th. So, given that, I assume they dont have any hardship extensions and am expecting to be evicted upon the 15th. I guess my question is, what happens here? I've never been evicted or terminated a lease early so im not sure what to expect. How long does an eviction stay on your record? Is it hard to rent somewhere after you've been evicted? Any more details I'll provide as needed, TIA.
