Speeding ticket issues

Location: Arizona I just got a ticket for exceeding 10mph. However, on my ticket it states the radar gun has me at 75mph in a 65mph zone. This is also my first time being stopped for speeding as well as receiving a ticket for speeding. Is there anyway I can get the $200 ticket either reduced or dismissed?
