Please help--disabled college student in US

Hello all, thank you for any assistance. I am a disabled college STEM student (documented Autism, chronic pain, major depression, anxiety, other) attending a private college in Location: North Carolina, on a scholarship. I am supposed to graduate this semester, but have had bad health issues flaring up that my doctors are still trying to figure out, including constant vomiting for the past year that has caused severe dental damage. I obtained a written accommodation letter from my doctor noting some of these issues and providing accommodations--I have reached out to disability services over the past few weeks, attempting to obtain an updated disability accommodations letter (I do have past accommodations/documentation in place) with these new factors, and have received no correspondence. A professor/advisor offered me a 1-credit-hour study course, which would ease my educational burden and make graduating more possible, but now the dean of my department is refusing and insisting that I instead take on a TA position and meet far more requirements than I am currently able. There is also a professor at the college who regularly refuses to take students' medical or excused absences, and includes in their syllabus that it is at the professor's discretion, so I am concerned about missing classes due to documented symptoms and being unable to graduate. I am deeply overwhelmed. My primary question: does any of this warrant grounds to threaten a discrimination lawsuit, or is this not possible/extreme enough due to being a private institution? I just want to graduate, and no one in the administration is meeting with me or responding to my emails. Thank you!
