Packages delivered to wrong house

so my package was delivered to the wrong house. luckily FedEx provided a photo of the yard they delivered it to. which is a house a street over. well I drove passed it today, and the box my package came in, is on the curbed opened, for trash to pick up. the box has my full name and address on it. am I able to report this to the police? Location: Indiana
